Kate came to us with a clear mission—and a strong design eye to match. She wanted a brand that felt positive and professional without falling into the usual ‘boho’ or skincare territory. It needed to be feminine, empowering, and modern, while avoiding anything that felt overly clinical, overly woo-woo, or overly polished. Our goal was to create a brand that felt real and resonant—like coming home to yourself.
While the client had a clear vision, there was a balance to strike between her creative ideas and our best-practice design process. Early feedback rounds helped us refine direction and collaborate effectively, resulting in a final brand that landed perfectly—with zero revisions to the final guidelines.
The brand uses warm, earthy tones and soft neutrals to evoke calm, trust, and authenticity. Feminine linework illustrations, emotive photography, and a strong yet soft tone give Kate Walker a grounded, joyful energy. With guidance tailored for a naturally creative founder, the brand guidelines were built to inspire—not restrict—ensuring longevity and flexibility as the business evolves.
