Craft CXM came to us with a brand and website that no longer reflected their capabilities. Their existing visuals leaned heavily on stock imagery and lacked the consistency and polish needed to build trust with high-level corporate clients. The project goals were clear: establish a cohesive brand identity, modernise the website, and create a visual language that was professional yet approachable—capable of speaking to both laid-back clients and the more corporate market.
We partnered closely with two leads from Craft CXM, each with deep brand knowledge and slightly different perspectives. Through collaborative workshops and constructive back-and-forth, we reached a middle ground—one that respected their insight while aligning with best-practice design principles.
The outcome was a brand identity and website that felt purposeful, contemporary, and authentic. A refined blue-led colour palette and clean typography created a professional foundation, while the introduction of custom illustrations and curated imagery reduced reliance on stock photos. The new website was designed with a clear, user-focused navigation flow, annotated wireframes, and bespoke animations—ensuring the experience felt both engaging and seamless.
