Building a high-performance, CMS-ready site for a multifaceted parent brand. Florence Guild is the parent brand for several companies specialising in work clubs, dining, wellness, conferences, and events.
They needed a digital presence that reflected their premium offerings while being fast, functional, and easy to update.
Florence Guild came with an approved design and needed someone to bring it to life online. The goal was to maximise site speed and performance, make the site CMS editable, and ensure a smooth experience across desktop and mobile—all within a tight go-live deadline.
Our strategy focused on performance and organisation. We optimised and condensed imagery before upload, set up clear style sheets to avoid unnecessary code bloat, and implemented a CMS editable structure.
User testing was thorough: internal teams plus Florence Guild’s team completed a detailed checklist to ensure every page and feature performed perfectly. Our development process included design review, staging environment setup, homepage and site build with multiple rounds of feedback, and an in-depth go-live checklist to guarantee a smooth launch.
