Modern, inclusive web design for a cosmetic surgery travel company. Global Cosmetic Tours connects clients with trusted surgeons overseas, organising travel and accommodation for both group and solo tours.
While many competitors focus solely on women, Global Cosmetic Tours wanted to appeal to a wider audience—including men, people of all ages, and individuals undergoing gender transition—while maintaining a modern, trustworthy presence.
Previous attempts at websites and branding had been unsuccessful, built by freelancers or overseas agencies without a cohesive vision. Global Cosmetic Tours needed a full-service approach—from strategy and design to web development—that reflected their professionalism, expanded their audience reach, and provided the flexibility for future content updates. The site needed to appeal to a wide variety of people while maintaining a clean, modern aesthetic.
We created a neutral beige/brown palette for the main site, with tailored landing pages: darker, masculine tones for men, and softer neutrals for women. Imagery was curated to reflect a range of ages and genders, moving beyond the typical “girly” focus seen in the industry. We implemented a strict process for guiding client copy, ensuring clarity and accessibility, and built the site in a CMS so the client could update content and images independently once they learned more about their audience.
The result is a modern, sleek, gender-inclusive website that feels professional and trustworthy while allowing the client to actively manage and grow the site over time.
