A refreshed brand and website for a specialist baby clinic. Circumcision Clinic provides circumcision for babies up to six weeks old using the modern plastibell© technique. Their team of doctors are specialists who perform the procedure with precision and care, always using local anaesthetic to ensure comfort.
With clinics located across New Zealand, they needed a fresh brand and digital presence that would resonate with today’s parents.
The clinic’s existing brand and website were outdated, unrelatable, and not connecting with their audience of predominantly Gen Z parents. With circumcision often chosen for cultural, religious, or family reasons, the brand needed to balance professionalism with approachability—moving away from traditional clinical visuals and towards a design language that felt both trustworthy and inclusive. Budget and timeframe were tight, making efficiency a core part of the project goals.
We followed a full end-to-end process—brand discovery, moodboarding, content collection, wireframes, UXUI design, development, and social assets—without cutting corners. Bright, friendly colours reflected cultural diversity, paired with organic imagery to connect with modern parents. A clean, simplified layout maintained medical professionalism while presenting a more contemporary, welcoming tone.
Deliverables included a new logo, brand guidelines, a CMS-driven WordPress site, and a suite of social assets. The new identity positioned Circumcision Clinic as modern, professional, and relatable—distinct from competitors still relying on outdated medical branding.
